Tickets.com Signs Exclusive Ticketing Agreement with

Station Casinos; Develops New In-home and Out-of-home Distribution

Channels with Mail Boxes Etc., and Cox Communications Cable

Tickets.com today announced three new additional partnerships in the Southern Nevada area to further enhance its ticket inventory and distribution network.

Effective April 4, 2000 Tickets.com, will be the exclusive ticketing service provider and distributor for Station Casinos, Inc., and has formed distribution alliances with Mail Boxes Etc.(TM) Clark County, Nevada and Cox Communications cable.

"Las Vegas is such an important live entertainment destination that Tickets.com wants to create wall-to-wall ticket coverage for consumers, throughout the city. This way people will have access to tickets - at their local Mail Boxes Etc(TM) or even right from their own homes through Cox Communications cable," said W. Thomas Gimple, co-chairman and chief executive officer of Tickets.com.

More than 25 million customers visit Station Casinos, Inc. annually. Station Casinos owns and operates Palace Station, Boulder Station, Sunset Station and Texas Station, which have multiple locations throughout Southern Nevada, giving event-goers quick and easy access to purchasing tickets to its own, as well as to other Las Vegas events. Station Casino customers will also be able to purchase tickets online 24 hours a day seven days a week at www.tickets.com.

The new partnerships with Mail Boxes Etc.(TM) and Cox Communications of Las Vegas provide the consumer with more convenient ticket purchasing opportunities.

Mail Boxes Etc.(TM) of Clark County, Nevada has 28 locations in Southern Nevada, including Las Vegas, Parumph, and Boulder City where customers can pick up their tickets, at their convenience, after having purchased them online.

Cox Communications cable customers can see Tickets.com event listings on channel 60 for analog cable or channels 800-807 for the new digital cable. Once they have chosen an event to attend, they can call a toll-free number and order their tickets.
